TEMPERATURES This February averaged almost exactly Normal for both the Maximum and Minimum Temperatures. The first half of the month had Maximums averaging 5.6° cooler than the second half but the Minimums were nearly identical between the two halves. Splitting the month in two, here are the Max/Min/Mean Temperatures: 1st-15th  47.4°/37.9°/42.6°, 16th-29th  53.0°/37.1°/45.1°. TEMPERATURES December 2019 averaged about 2° above the Normal. The warmest weather came 2/3 of the way through the month when Maximum Temperatures reached over 50° from the 19th-21st, including a very warm Minimum Temperature for this time of year of only 50.7° on the 20th, the only Minimum Temperature that didn’t fall below 45° this month.
