TEMPERATURES Overall, April Temperatures averaged slightly above the Normal. The month began quite cool as the Average Minimum Temperature through the first 13 days of the month was just below 40°, with 9 of the first 13 days reaching ≤40°. However, these would be the last days to fall this low as more Spring-like conditions moved into the area. The first and only Minimum Temperature to remain ≥50° didn’t occur until April 29th – even January had 2 such days….
