HAPPY VALLEY, OREGON WEATHER: NOVEMBER 2020
TEMPERATURES
November 2020 Mean Temperatures averaged just a bit below Normal in the area, less than a one-degree departure. The first few days were the warmest of the month, with Maximum Temperatures reaching the upper 50s to mid-60s over the first 5 days (the highest being the 65.4° on the 4th), then declining through the remainder of the month.
