MISCELLANEOUS
With so little rain, it’s not surprising that skies were void of many clouds through most of the month as there were 19 Clear and 10 Partly Cloudy days, with only 2 days being Cloudy. However, through much of the month, wildfire smoke from the south (California and southern Oregon), and the north (British Columbia, Alberta, and Washington State) hindered visibility, at times down to 3 miles or less. Just 3 days had Fog (none of these being Heavy (≤¼ mile visibility). The average wind speed was 0.2 MPH and the Maximum Gust reached just 12 MPH (12th).
