The month began quite cool as the Average Minimum Temperature through the first 13 days of the month was just below 40°, with 9 of the first 13 days reaching ≤40°. TEMPERATURES This October never saw any really warm weather and overall temperatures averaged about 3.5° below Normal for the month. The highest Maximum Temperature for the entire month was only 66.1° (6th) while 20 days remained ≤60°, with the month’s coolest Maximum being only 42.2° on the 29th, more typical of mid-winter.
