TEMPERATURES September 2022 was record-warm in the Portland area; the three official Portland weather stations had Mean Temperature Departures ranging from +2.9° to +4.1°. Here in Happy Valley, the Average Maximum/Minimum/Mean Temperatures were 75.9°/55.6°/65.8°. The warmest period was, as usual, during the beginning of the month but Max.
