TEMPERATURES This February averaged almost exactly Normal for both the Maximum and Minimum Temperatures. The first half of the month had Maximums averaging 5.6° cooler than the second half but the Minimums were nearly identical between the two halves. Splitting the month in two, here are the Max/Min/Mean Temperatures: 1st-15th 47.4°/37.9°/42.6°, 16th-29th 53.0°/37.1°/45.1°.
