Portland Minimum Temperature Streak of ≥60° Ends
With a minimum temperature of 59° this morning at the Portland Airport (PDX), Portland’s third-longest streak with minimum temperatures of ≥60° came to an end at 17 consecutive days. This came close to the all-time record of 19 days ending on 8/1/1998, also recorded at PDX. Here are the Top-5 longest streaks for Portland stations located downtown and at the airport:

Note – the latest streak at the airport has not been matched by the current downtown location at KGW-TV as it has recorded numerous minimum temperatures in the upper 50s during the same time period.

Very cool Jeff! Thanks for keeping tabs on this… I knew temps were above 60 degrees for a while but had no idea this was some sort of record. I’ll share this with the folks at PGE!
Hey Charlie! Glad you could share the info. with PGE.
Hoping all is well with you.
